Mary Berry loves Christmas more than any other time of year - it's about spending time with family and friends, but mostly it's about helping others to cook! \n\nThis holiday season Mary opens her kitchen to four eager if somewhat nervous celebrities - Huw Edwards, Dina Asher-Smith, Eleanor Tomlinson and Joe Lycett - all hoping to fine-tune their festive cookery skills. \n\nMary teaches them some of her mouthwatering Christmas recipes that are perfect for entertaining across Christmas week and even on the big day itself. \n\nOn the menu are Mary's pan-fried halloumi with fresh tomato chutney, crispy salmon and dill filo parcels, a chicken-and-mushroom suet pie, a peppered fillet of beef with brandy sauce and perfect potato and squash roasties, and for the sweet tooth in us all, a hazelnut meringue roulade with white chocolate and clementines, and a limoncello trifle. \n\nMary brings the best cooks out of her guests, who may be some of the most talented people in the country when it comes to their own fields but just need that extra boost of confidence behind the stove.
