Steve and his trusty crew embark on an epic journey to a remote corner of Norway to experience a very special wildlife spectacle. Each year in November millions of herring pass through this area and deadly predators aren’t far behind. For the first time ever Steve will be attempting to get in the water with one of these ultimate underwater hunters, the killer whale or orca. But first He needs to find them. Heading out on the fjords, everyone’s eyes are peeled for the iconic dorsal fin. Reaching the height of Steve, it is hard to miss, and they finally spot a group in the distance. With the whales on the move, it’s time for Steve to attempt to get his first underwater view of these ultimate animals. But as they are as fast as an Olympic swimmer, keeping up with them is tricky. He finally captures his first underwater glimpse, and the sound of their clicks as they chat away to each other is just beautiful.\n\nBut Steve wants to do better, and he knows just what to try. The orca in Norway have learnt a very unique way of finding their food: they follow the fishing boats, since where there are fishing boats, there are guaranteed to be herring. To witness this, Steve and the team head out in the dead of night. It won’t be easy, though, as so many factors have to come together to make it work: the weather, the animals and the timing of the fishermen's catch. The first attempt is a failure, but the team will not give up.\n\nAs well as the orca mission, Steve and the team get to see the magical northern lights like never before and have an encounter with a mighty humpback they will never forget.
