Lucy Alexander is joined by three inventors to watch footage of customers as they unbox, test, review and score their precious products. In this episode, we meet Leanne, David and Kate, all hoping to receive the highest scores from the customers to be crowned the winner.\n\nConcerned her three-year-old struggled with some activities, maths teacher Leanne created her own games to help him learn through play. Graphic designer Candice set about designing them, which resulted in the reusable, glitter- and glue-free creativity packs that educate by stealth. Animal lover and serial inventor David came up with his idea during a spot of spring cleaning. Living with a daughter with long hair, two cats and a dog meant his top of the range vacuum cleaner needed constant de-hairing. David came up with a simple, safe cleaning tool to remove hair and fibres from the roller. Outdoor lover and adrenaline junkie Kate came up with an extension panel adaptor that zips into any jacket when her pregnancy belly could no longer fit into her walking jacket.\n\nOnce all three inventors have watched the customer reviews and given their own thoughts on the feedback, Lucy reveals who has won the coveted The Customer Is Always Right winner’s trophy.
