Cooking in the kitchen today are friends Adam and Dan from Hertfordshire. Both follow a vegan diet, so today’s ingredients include everything from vegan staples to more exotic produce. Chefs Ellis Barrie and Jeremy Pang are on hand to help them create mouthwatering meals in minutes, but with the clock ticking, the pressure is most definitely on. With a budget of £3.50, they are hoping to get a lot for their money. They will both walk away with some great new recipes, but who will leave as the winner with the Ready Steady Cook hamper?
