Team leader Mark must prioritise those who need the most urgent care as he works with dozens of other emergency responders at the scene of the crash.\n\nIn Edinburgh, paramedic Martyn and technician Kevin are called to treat a woman who has fallen outside, but without accurate location information they are forced to hunt for her in the busy city streets.\n\nLauren and Allan in Falkirk are sent to an unusual location when a call comes in for a patient in trouble at the vets.
