Join Maddie as she finds out how many plants give us food we can eat, such as fruit like strawberries, grapes and pineapples, and vegetables like potatoes and onions. Maddie finds out how we can help to look after them and our planet.\n\nWe’ll learn about the different parts of a plant, how plants grow and how they can feed us. From the food we grow under the ground like carrots, parsnips and beetroot, to those that grow above the ground, like fruit on trees, from lemons, olives and apples to pears and even cocoa beans that make chocolate!
