Yvonne and Julian take a look forward to 2022 and what it promises to bring. They meet India Morse, a deaf fitness instructor, to find out why new year's resolutions aren't always effective and the important link between fitness and mental health. We learn more about what prompted her to make accessible work out videos with Joe Wicks. \n\nIn keeping with the theme of fitness, we meet the England Deaf International Futsal team and learn how a group of volunteers run the team so that players can continue to compete at international level despite funding being withdrawn by the Football Association. We hear from the team and their plans for the future, as well as from the FA about the funding situation.\n\nLucindha Lawson meets Matt Lunney-Vella, who is at the palliative stage of cancer, as he abseils to raise money for Self Help UK.\n\nIn the studio, Yvonne and Julian take a look back at 2021 and how it was a year of representation for deaf actors and talent on our screens. To join the discussion, they welcome two actors, Jamal Ajala and Stephen Collins, who both featured in blockbuster films in 2021. \n\nLast but not least, Julian’s wish comes true as he meets Lauren Ridloff and Angelina Jolie to learn more about the latest Marvel film, Eternals, where Ridloff plays the first Marvel deaf superhero.\n
