The top cooks from the Mystery Box and Invention Test compete in the first Immunity Challenge of the season. In round one the four contestants compete against each other. Mentored by guest chef Shannon Bennett, they have only 45 minutes to prepare a dish that wows using the humble egg. The winner of round one advances to the ultimate test - beating a professional chef in a blind tasting. Will the judges be able to tell the amateur from the professional?
