Investigators take action against a cowboy builder who conned several customers out of tens of thousands of pounds. His work was so bad, he was dubbed the worst builder in Wales. In one case he was paid more than £60,000 to build an extension – but he walked off the job, leaving the property in a state of disrepair. One surveyor described his work as easily the worst he had ever seen.\n\nMeanwhile, Environment Agency investigators in Devon are on the trail of a serial fly-tipper. They are determined not to let him get away, even when he flees the country.
