Whether people want forgiveness, to say thank you, or get answers they’ve wanted for years, everyone has an experience that changes their lives. \n\n21-year-old Tegan fell on the Tube tracks on her first all-girls trip to London and wants to meet the man who pulled her to safety, out of the path of an oncoming train. Lee hopes to find the older brother he never knew he had, who was placed into adoption as a baby. And five-year-old Pippa thanks the volunteer builders who changed her life by installing a state-of-the-art bath that helps manage her skin condition.
