Series 4: 36. The Exercise Badge
After the Squirrels tell Duggee that they are feeling sleepy, he insists that some exercise will wake them right up. So together, they set off on a warm-up run. Along the way, they meet characters who are exercising too, and in turn, they learn new and fun ways to work out. \n\nThey practice their royal waving skills with King Tiger and test out Ethel’s jungle playground – exercise can be fun too! Chew Chew teaches them flexibility and endurance as they all move in rhythm with one another. The Squirrels are amazed by the positive benefits of exercise and understand that it gives you energy, clears your mind and makes your spirit soar – all at the same time.
