Knowing that AJ has recently discovered the joys of gardening, Mary takes her to a delightful local allotment to show her that, with the right recipes, cooking can be as relaxing as pottering with plants.\n\nMary teaches AJ her light and luscious tiger prawn coriander courgetti and her rich spicy aubergine bhuna, and shares her hearty one-pot chicken, her delicious humble pie and simple mouthwatering apple crumble.
