Harvey is appointed to defend a pharmaceuticals company against a class action lawsuit after its multimillion-dollar miracle drug, released to treat symptoms of a serious degenerative disease, has also been found to also cause liver failure. His initial reluctance to take on a case that has 'unwinnable' written all over it is only magnified when he realises that the CEO of the drug company in question is none other than the former husband of his boss Jessica.\n\nMeanwhile, Mike takes on his first pro bono case - dealing with a tenant who is being pressured out of his apartment by an unscrupulous landlord.
