One of the British victories came in the women’s four, which marked the first international gold medal for two-time Olympic champion Helen Glover since her comeback from retirement in 2023. \n\nThe British team are aiming for back-to-back successes in the World Cup, having emerged victorious in 2023, topping the medal table with 115 points, ahead of Australia in second and Switzerland in third.
