Yes, there is! Dr Rupy rustles up a delicious and healthy chicken, and then Freddy Bird takes to the hobs with his confit duck and vichy carrots. \n\nWe round off the show with Tom Allen and Suzi Ruffell fighting it out for their food heaven!
