Stone carver Richard from Northumberland and stained-glass artist Kate from the Lake District are hoping Dom and his top team of mentors can transform their businesses and their lives.\n\nAfter a gentle nudge from his mum, Richard found his passion for stone carving and swiftly decided to create his own business. His mentor Louis Francis thinks he has huge potential but needs to increase the profitability of his pieces. \n\nPhysiotherapist Kate rediscovered her childhood stained-glass hobby whilst experiencing a challenging period of health issues. Kate is self-taught, and mentor Derek Hunt believes she needs to refine her pieces to bring in the sales she needs to build a business.\n\nBoth makers are given eight weeks to take on their mentors’ advice, but can they deliver the changes needed to turn their passions into paying professions?
