Staffed by leading behavioural experts Sarah Fisher and Chirag Patel, veterinary surgeon Jo Headley and renowned dog trainer Craig Ogilvie, the centre uses specialist skills to not only get inside the animals' heads but also halt the hapless habits of their owners. Can the experts transform their behaviour? \n\nIn this episode, Lauren and boyfriend Jak are under attack from unsociable pet rabbit Flo. Jo and Craig meet Labrador Niles, who has an embarrassing penchant for eating other animals' poo, and Chirag travels to a pub in south London where a problem pet is putting punters off their pints.
