As the borders at Longmeadow hit their stride, it is time to take stock of what is looking good and what needs replacing. Monty shares his tips on how he keeps his displays going all summer long. There is plenty to do on the vegetable plot too, and things are looking promising in the fruit garden. \n\nAdam Frost meets an extraordinary woman who runs a community project in the centre of Birmingham, while Frances Tophill catches up with her allotment. Joe Swift travels to Devon to a garden which has been designed around a challenging landscape, and Nick Bailey visits the restored Temperate House at Kew Gardens.
